Black Tea

Represents approximately 90% of the tea consumed in the Western world. Most oxidized of any tea which entails the chemical reaction of the leaves and their components with air, humidity and heat. Firing dries the leaves which stops the oxidation process. Has a stronger cup than other tea types.

Steeping Instructions

Bring fresh water to a boil, and steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes.
