Oolong tea on it’s own is quite divine and has many wonderful properties. So you can imagine how amazing this tea will be, as it is a real delicacy. It is traditionally from Taiwan, and known for its creamy buttery taste. The tea is gently rolled, and closer to the green tea spectrum. On its own it has a slightly floral, sweet and creamy taste with a delicate liquor. Reminiscent of sweet condensed milk, it is a luxury all on it’s own.
Please note it does not actually contain milk. It naturally has a creamy flavour that does taste like milk, but is like this because of how it is processed.
Bring fresh water to a boil, steep 1 tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes.
